Step 1:  In the booking, calendar select the booking requirement button



Step 2: 

To amend the booking (you can also add to the booking when the option to amend is selected)

  1. tick to select which job positions are to be amended
  2. Select the Amend Selected

To add a new position requirement 

  1. Select Add


Step 3: Amend Option - make the changes needed


Note: if staff have been allocated to positions there are restrictions are placed on the amendments that can be made. If a position needs to be deleted or the time and pay changed please go to the allocation process


Step 3: Fill out the details needed for the additional position or positions



The booking will now be updated with the details entered.
