How do I create a new account? 
1.) Go to www.enrolpay.com/small-payroll and click on the "Get Started!" button.

2.) Follow the steps in our setup wizard, then check and confirm all your details.

3.) Once the account is created, a verification email will be sent to the registered email address and you will be taken to your Small Payroll portal!


Why is it so important to get an employees' email address?

With a valid email address for each of your employees, you are able to give them access to their own personal employee dashboard area called 'MyAccess.' If you are adding the Auto-enrolment module to manage your employer responsibilities and duties this intuitive piece of software will know what documents and notifications to provide your employees in relation to any postponement you may have set up against your company. This really does give you peace of mind knowing you are on the right side of pension legislation and eliminates the burden of manual administrative processes a lot of employers have reported. You also have a full audit trail if you are ever audited by the Pensions Regulator so it's never been more vital to set this up.


I'm trying to create a new account, but I get an error message that my username/email address is already in use.
You received this message because your email address is already registered with EnrolPay. If you forgot your password, you can recover it using the 'Forgot Password' link located on your log-in screen.


Why can I not open multiple instances of Small Payroll?
For security reasons we require only a single login for every session, otherwise, you might make changes that are overwritten by another session, or think you've made changes that haven't actually been saved. When it comes to money, we don't want to make any silly mistakes!!!


How do I reset my password?
Use the 'Forgot Password' link located on your log-in screen to reset your account password. You will then receive an email with instructions. Please click on the URL in the email and enter a new password on the screen.


What if I don't receive emails after using 'Lost Password' and 'Lost Username' Links?
Wait at least 10 minutes to see if the emails arrive, or check the spam folder in your email. If you still haven't received the emails you can trigger them again, or get in touch with us using the 'Need Help?' tab in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.
