The auto-enrolment (AE) module is designed to be intuitive and based on your companies individual AE set-up the module is also designed to link in seamlessly with our employee dashboard area called 'MyAccess'
Based on the company set-up information entered the module will automatically know when all necessary communications need to be provided to employees and will automatically trigger these directly into your employees own secure dashboard area, ensuring you always remain on the right side of legislation.
For an employee to be granted access to this area all you need is a valid email address and within a couple of easy steps, you can have your employees set up and accessing their own personal information and documentation. Dependant on the pension provider you have chosen documents may differ slightly but we have worked closely with the pensions regulator and payroll providers to ensure all documentation available to your employees via 'MyAccess' is fully compliant with both pension legislation and requirements set by individual payroll providers.
From Welcome Documents, Postponement letters, Ealy joining notices to cease notices and Opt-outs, you can have confidence that your employee has access to all required documents and notifications what they need to see when they need to see them and you get the extra peace of mind knowing you are compliant with legislation.
