If your employee advises you that they do not have access to their personal employee dashboard area ('MyAccess') or have locked themselves out this can simply be reset in just a few easy steps, via your company administrator log in.



This will then open the 'Mass Management screen as shown below:




If the email address is incorrect it can also be amended via the 'Mass Management' screen simply by amending the email address by amending the email in the email address field.


Some internet providers will move emails which contain the wording 'Do Not Reply' to a 'Junk/Spam/Deleted' email folder rather than the 'inbox', please ask them to check there if they do not see the email arrive. The temporary password will expire 48 hours after receipt for security purposes so your employee will need to log in and change the access from the temporary password to one of their choosing within this time.
